2423 Kavanaugh HPR

The 6 units of 2423 Kavanaugh Flats are located in the heart of historic Hillcrest. The Board of Directors meet as called. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend.


DUES & FEES:

2423 Kavanaugh HPR owners are required to pay their monthly dues via ACH and RE501 will draft your dues on the first of the month. If you need to change your banking information, for security purposes, please complete the Payment Authorization form in your owner portal.


Dues are late after the 5th and will be charged 10% interest per annum from the due date until paid.

A notice of impending lien filing will be sent to any owner whose dues remain unpaid for 90 days. All expenses associated with filling will be charged to the property owner and become part of the balance due.

PEST CONTROL/TERMITE INSPECTIONS: 

Adams performs Pest Control quarterly on the first Thursday of January, April, July, and October. 


Termite Inspection is done annually by Central Termite in the first quarter of each year.

**Please make sure technicians have access to all areas for their service, which includes any storage areas and/or garages.


MEETINGS:

The Board of Directors meets as called by the President. Items to be included on the agenda must be submitted at least seven business days in advance of the next scheduled Board of Directors meeting.
