These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are provided by RE501 Realtor Partners, also known as 501re Partners, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of all our websites, www.RE501.com, all subpages, and all TLDs (top-level domains), hereafter referred to as the ("Site"), any services offered through the Site, including but not limited to property listings, contact forms, and SMS communication ("Services"). By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not access or use RE501 Sites or Services.

1. Use of the Sites and Services:

You may use the Site and Services for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site or Services in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.

• Consent to Receive SMS Messages: You consent to receive periodic informational SMS messages from RE501 Partners at the phone number you provide.
• You acknowledge that message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.
• Message Content: SMS messages are informational and marketing messages about new property listings, price changes, open houses, market updates, and other relevant real estate information.
• Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also contact us directly at 501.400.7500 or 501.225.0501 or email [email protected] to opt out. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message.

• Help: For help with SMS messages, reply HELP to any message you receive from us.

7. Behavior and Language Policy:

RE501 Realtor Partners is committed to maintaining a respectful and inclusive environment for all. This policy outlines unacceptable behavior and language in any forum associated with the company, including but not limited to:

• Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
• Company website and blog
• Online forums and communities
• Email correspondence
• Phone calls
• Virtual meetings and webinars

This policy applies to all individuals interacting with the company online, including employees, agents, representatives, clients, and customers.

Prohibited Conduct:

RE501 Partners has a zero-tolerance stance against the use of profanity and perceived or expressed threatening language to its staff while providing electronic or in-person services. Our goal is to provide exceptional service in a safe environment.

RE501 Partners’ foundation and philosophy are to represent all and appreciate our differences; however, our engagement must be harassment-free. Our staff is happy to assist and asks for mutual respect. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of service engagement and/or removal of inappropriate language and content on our social media platforms.

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Hate speech and discrimination: Any language that expresses prejudice, discrimination, or incites violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any protected characteristic.
• Harassment and bullying: Offensive, intimidating, or abusive language, including personal attacks, insults, threats, and unwanted sexual advances.
• Profanity and vulgarity: Use of obscene, profane, or sexually suggestive language.
• Doxing: Sharing private information about individuals without their consent.
• Spam: Posting irrelevant or promotional content, including unsolicited advertising or spam.
• Impersonation: Posing as another person or entity with intent to deceive or mislead.
• Illegal activities: Promoting or engaging in unlawful activities, including fraud, defamation, and copyright infringement.

Client Responsibilities:

Clients and customers are expected to maintain professionalism and respect in all interactions with RE501 staff. Violations may result in:

• Warning: A formal warning.
• Termination of services: We reserve the right to refuse service to any client engaging in inappropriate behavior.

Company Personnel Violations:

Employees, agents, or representatives of RE501 who violate this policy may face disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

Reporting Violations:

8. Changes Disclaimer:

This policy is subject to change. RE501 Realtor Partners reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the Site. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
