Dues & Fees:

Countrywood owners are required to pay their monthly dues via ACH. RE501will draft your dues on the first of the month. If you need to change your banking information, for security purposes, please complete the Payment Authorization form link in your owner portal and email to [email protected].

Dues are late if not received by the 20th, of each month, and will have a $50/month fee added to balance due.

A notice of impending lien filing will be sent to any owner whose dues remain unpaid for 90 days. All expenses associated with filling will be charged to the property owner and become part of the balance due.

Gate Requests:

Please give 2 business days notice (note that requests made on holidays or weekends are not received until the next business day.) Email your requests to Janet at the address below.

PEST CONTROL/TERMITE INSPECTIONS: 

McCauley's Pest Control performs annual Termite Inspection in the second quarter of each year. You must be present.

Meetings:

The Board of Directors for the Countrywood HPR meet at 5:00pm on the 2nd Monday of January, April, July and October with the annual meeting held in March.

2026 BOD Meetings: 2nd Tuesday of January, April, July, October

2026 Annual Meeting:  March 10th

Items to be included on the agenda must be submitted at least seven business days in advance of the next scheduled Board of Directors meeting. Trash & Recycling:

Trash is picked up on Monday and Thursday and must be bagged in any color trash bag and placed at the curb in the back of your unit on the morning of pickup.

Recycling of CLEAN paper, plastic soda cans, or bottles without lids is picked up on Monday. They MUST be bagged separately from trash and in clear or white bags (noted with an ‘R’), but NEVER in black.

Yard waste will NOT be picked up at all, and the homeowner is responsible for removal.
