Fairway Woods - Maumelle

Fairway Woods is a 46-unit townhome community located along the boundaries of the Maumelle Country Club golf course.



Dues & Fees:


Dues are $330 per month/unit

Owners are required to pay their monthly dues via ACH and RE501 will draft your dues on the first of the month. If you need to change banking information, please complete and email the ACH Authorization form located in your owner portal.

Dues are considered late if not received by the 15th of each month and will have a 20% late fee added to the balance due.  

A notice of impending lien filing will be sent to any owner whose dues remain unpaid for 90 days. All expenses associated with filling will be charged to the property owner and become part of the balance due.

Termite coverage

Routine pest control every quarter

Clubhouse for your special events

Pool and pool maintenance

Regular lawn maintenance

Scheduled lawn fertilization

Roof repairs

Private street maintenance

Insurance coverage on your building — Please review the Insurance Policy and Legal Documents with your personal Insurance Agent to determine the best coverage for your needs.

Special Assessment:

2026 Special Assessment amount is $2,000.00 and is due on 7/1/2026. This will be pulled with your July dues IF you are not already on a monthly payment plan. 2027 Special Assessment amount will be discussed at the upcoming annual meeting. 


Clubhouse Reservations:

Owners may reserve the clubhouse for a private party on a first-come, first-served basis. To reserve, please email your request to Janet at the address listed below.

Owners are responsible for cleaning the clubhouse after your event

The Board of Directors for the Fairway Woods Property Owners Association meets at 6:00 p.m. in the Clubhouse on the second Wednesday of January, April, July, and October.
