Dues & Fees:
Dues are $4,000.00 for a completed house and $2,000.00 for vacant lots. Dues are billed and paid ANNUALLY.
The annual dues statement will be emailed by the end of the first week of January.
Payments are considered late if not received by March 31st with a $50 monthly late fee starting April 1st.
A notice of impending lien filing will be sent to any owner whose dues remain unpaid for 90 days. All expenses associated with filling will be charged to the property owner and become part of the balance due.
You are encouraged to pay your dues through your Portal, OR you can pay by check. If you would like to pay by check, please see the mailing address below.

What your dues pay for:
Maintenance of your residential lawn and common areas
Annual mulch installed at your residence and common areas
Seasonal color installed at your residence and common areas twice yearly
Scheduled fertilization of lawns, ornamental beds and common areas
Scheduled weed control for lawns, ornamental beds and common areas
Private street maintenance
Entry gate maintenance and monitoring

Meetings:
The Board of Directors for Hallen Court meets quarterly @ 5:00 PM on the 3rd Wednesday of February, May, August, and November.
