Dues:
Dues are $300 per lot, per year.

The annual dues billing will be in the owner portal by the end of the first week of January.

Payments are considered late if not received by March 31st with a $50 monthly late fee starting April 1st. A notice of impending lien filing will be sent to any owner whose dues remain unpaid for 90 days. All expenses associated with filling will be charged to the property owner and become part of the balance due.

You are encouraged to pay your dues through your Portal, OR you can pay by check. If you would like to pay by check, please see the mailing address below.

Maintenance of the residential lawn and flower beds in all common areas.
Irrigation of all common areas
Maintenance of Irrigation Systems in common areas
Scheduled fertilization of lawns and ornamental beds in all common areas
Scheduled weed control for lawns and ornamental beds in all common areas
Services of a professional Managing Company

Meetings:
Positions for the Board of Directors for Kanis Ridge Estates are being solicited.  Please let us know if you would like to volunteer.
The newly formed BoD will meet as called. 
Items to be included on the agenda must be submitted at least seven business days in advance of the next scheduled Board of Directors meeting.
