Kavanaugh Place
The 12 units of Kavanaugh Place Condominiums are located in the heart of historic Hillcrest.
Dues & Fees:
Dues are $200 per month/unit.
Effective Jan 1, 2027 Dues are $230 per month/unit.
Owners are required to pay their monthly dues via ACH and RE501 will draft your dues on the first of the month. If you need to change banking information, please complete and email the ACH Authorization form located in your owner portal OR here on this site under Shared Documents.
Dues are considered late if not received by the 10th of each month and will have a $20 late fee.
A notice of impending lien filing will be sent to any owner whose dues remain unpaid for 90 days. All expenses associated with filling will be charged to the property owner and become part of the balance due.

Insurance coverage on the building – Review the Insurance Policy and Legal Documents with your Agent to determine your personal needed coverage.
Termite coverage
Regular lawn maintenance
Board approved repairs (ie: roof)
Professional management services
Trash & Recycling:
Trash pickup is done weekly by the city on Tuesdays- Rita will put them out on Monday night- recycling is every other week on Tuesdays.

Meetings:
The Board of Directors for the Kavanaugh Place Condominiums meets as called by the President.
Annual Meeting: March 17th, 2026 @ 6:00pm at The Terry Library.
Items to be included on the agenda must be submitted at least seven business days in advance of the next scheduled Board of Directors meeting.
