Oak Crest Manor Townhomes - Maumelle

Oak Crest Manor is a 34 unit townhome community located at 200 Pine Forest Dr in Maumelle.


Dues & Fees:

Dues are $260 per month/unit (effective March 1, 2025.)

Owners are required to pay their monthly dues via ACH and RE501 will draft your dues on the first of the month. If you need to change banking information, please complete and email the ACH Authorization form located in your owner portal under Shared Documents.

Dues are considered late, if not received by the 7th of each month, and a $10 late fee is charged. 

A notice of impending lien filing will be sent to any owner whose dues remain unpaid for 90 days. All expenses associated with filling will be charged to the property owner and become part of the balance due. 


What your dues pay for:

Insurance coverage on your building - Review the Insurance Policy and Legal Documents with your Agent to determine needed coverage.

Termite coverage (by Central Termite)

Quarterly Pest Control (by Adams Pest Control -NLR)- exterior-  3rd Wednesday of Feb, May, Aug, Nov

Please contact Adams (501.945.0843) if:

         **You do NOT want them to enter your backyard to spray
**You notice a continued pest issue after the service
                                        **You notice an empty bait box (Technicians do inspect boxes when on site) 

Regular lawn maintenance

Board approved repairs (ie: roof)

Meetings:

The Board of Directors for Oak Crest Manor meet  @6:00 PM on the 2nd Tuesday of February, May, August, and November (virtually via gMeet).

The Annual Meeting is:

2026 - March 11th @6:00 PM

Items to be included on the agenda must be submitted at least seven business days in advance of the next scheduled Board of Directors meeting.
