Dues & Fees:

$650 per month/unit for 2BR

$770 per month/unit for 3BR 

$100 garage per month/unit

Owners are required to pay their monthly dues via ACH and RE501 will draft your dues on the first of the month. If you need to change banking information, please complete and email the ACH Authorization form located in your owner portal under Shared Documents.

Dues are considered late, if not received by the 11th of each month, and a 10% late fee is charged. 

A notice of impending lien filing will be sent to any owner whose dues remain unpaid for 90 days. All expenses associated with filling will be charged to the property owner and become part of the balance due.

Meetings:

The Board of Directors meet as called by the President.

Annual meeting Date is TBD. 

Items to be included on the agenda must be submitted at least seven business days in advance of the next scheduled Board of Directors meeting.
