Varennes Court POA - Chenal
Varennes Court POA is a gated golf course community located along the boundaries of the Chenal Country Club.
Dues & Fees:
Dues are $1,750.00/year
Owners are required to pay their monthly dues via ACH and RE501 will draft your dues on the first of the month. If you need to change banking information, please complete and email the ACH Authorization form located in your owner portal under Shared Documents.
Annual dues statements will be in your portal by the end of the first week in January.
Dues are considered late if not received by March 31st. April 1st a $50 monthly late fee will be added to the balance due.
A notice of impending lien filing will be sent to any owner whose dues remain unpaid for 90 days. All expenses associated with filling will be charged to the property owner and become part of the balance due.
It is encouraged to pay your dues through your AppFolio* portal OR you can pay by check. If you pay by check, please see the mailing information below.
**RE501 is not responsible for any processing fees that the owner portal charges to make payment. These are not RE501 fees **
Meetings:
Board of Directors Meetings are held @ 6:00 PM on the 3rd Monday of: February, May, August and November, via gMeet.
Annual Meeting Dates:
2026 - TBD @ the Chenal Country Club
2027 - The date for the annual meeting has not yet been set. Please check back for more information on when this is scheduled.
Items to be included on the agenda must be submitted at least seven business days in advance of the next scheduled Board of Directors meeting. NOTICE:
The Chenal Country Club has noticed an increase in pedestrian and non-golfing cart traffic on both golf courses. Please be aware that the golf courses are Private Property and should only be accessed by Members of Chenal Country Club.
1. If you are not a Member of Chenal Country Club, you are NOT allowed to be on the courses or their cart paths at any time. The courses and their cart paths are not to be used for walking, jogging, biking, cart driving, or dog walking, and are considered Private Property.
2. If you are a Member of Chenal Country Club, please be advised that the courses and their cart paths are not to be used for walking, jogging, biking, or dog walking trails after 7:30AM or any time that the courses are open for play. If you own a private golf cart, it must conform to Club regulations and be registered with the Golf Shop.
3. Fishing is not allowed anywhere or anytime on Chenal Country Club property.
