Getting Verified for Showings

Our identity verification process is quick, secure, and easy to complete. You’ll simply need to provide some basic personal details along with a valid photo ID and a selfie.

Here's How It Works:

1) Enter your date of birth.

  • Start by providing your date of birth to begin the verification process.

2) Submit your personal details.

  • Provide your full name and other basic identity information.

3) Upload a selfie and photo ID.

  • You’ll be prompted to take a selfie using your smartphone or computer webcam.
  • Then, upload a valid photo ID—such as a passport, driver’s license*, or national ID card*.
  • Make sure all four edges of the document are clearly visible in the photo.

Monitor your text messages and/or email. Upon successful verification, you will receive a link to set your self-showing appointment. This code is usually received within 4 business hours. If your submission fails for any reason, you will get a notification and will need to either 1) try again 2) text 501.400.7500 for assistance.

ARGH! Why am I being asked to do this?
You may have heard that Rental home scams (VRBO, Airbnb, Zillow, etc.) are at an all-time high. To protect our Landlords, Owners, Agents, and the Public, we must ensure all parties are verified and legitimate. Sorry, we can't send self-showing lockbox codes without this step. You may request an agent meet you instead of completing the verification step.

*Automatic verification of your identification is subject to current document library coverage. If your document cannot be found in the library, we may need you to submit another form of photographic ID.
