Dues & Fees:

Dues are $160/year (effective 01/01/2025.)

It is encouraged to pay your dues through your AppFolio* portal OR you can pay by check. If you pay by check, please see the mailing information below.

**RE501 is not responsible for any processing fees the owner portal charges to make payment. These are not RE501 fees **

Dues are considered late if not received by December 31st of each year. Interest of 10% per year is charged on unpaid dues. Notice of impending lien filing will be sent to any owner whose dues remain unpaid after the due date. All costs of collection and lien filing will be added to your balance due.

Meetings:

The Board of Directors for the Westfield Home Owners' Association meets (virtually via gMeet) on the 2nd Monday of February, May, August & November.

Annual Meeting Dates:
2026 -  March 24th, Tuesday
2027 - The date for the 2027 annual meeting has not yet been set. Please check back for more information on when this is scheduled.

Items to be included on the agenda must be submitted at least seven business days in advance of the next scheduled Board of Directors meeting.
