Dues, Assessments & Fees:

All Dues are paid monthly via the Appfolio portal.


Monthly Dues - $410

Special Assessment - $175

**** Appfolio online payments  (ACH, Debit, or Credit Card) processing charges are not set or accrued by RE501 and are subject to change at any time without notice.****

Dues and assessments are due monthly on the 1st of each month. Payments received after the 10th will be assessed a $25 late fee, plus 10% interest per annum on the outstanding balance. Any dues or assessments that remain unpaid for more than 90 days will result in a lien being filed against the unit, and all applicable collection and filing fees will be added to the owner's account.

Payment Options 

1. ACH Withdrawal through Central Bank (Recommended) Our recommended payment method is ACH, which allows RE501 to automatically withdraw your monthly dues through Central Bank. There is a $1.00 processing fee per owner, per month.

2. AppFolio Online Payments Many owners previously paid through AppFolio. Please note that AppFolio charges its own processing fees for payments made through its platform. These fees are set by AppFolio and cannot be waived by RE501. Current AppFolio fees include: • ACH payments: $2.49 per transaction. • Debit and credit card payments: Fees are charged by AppFolio and are based on either a percentage of the transaction amount or a flat fee, depending on the payment method.

3. Check Payment You may also pay by mailing a check. Please note there is a $10.00 check processing fee. Please make checks payable to Windsor Court and mail them to: Windsor Court P.O. Box 241126 Little Rock, AR 72223

Dues cover:

  • Annual Termite Inspection and Insurance Policy premiums

  • Common Area Lawn Maintenance

  • Exterior building maintenance and BoA approved repairs (ie: roof)

  • Professional management services

  • Insurance coverage on your entire building - Review the Insurance Policy and Legal Documents with your Agent to determine needed coverage.
